1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and 906jl ("906jl," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the 906jl website located at 906jl.net and all associated services, games, features, and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 906jl Platform. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of any modifications to these Terms as published from time to time.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 906jl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other jurisdiction applicable to you.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the 906jl Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. 906jl makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to use in all jurisdictions.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, from the 906jl Platform or any other gaming platform under a shared exclusion program.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 906jl or any of its affiliated entities.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 906jl Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the email address, username, payment method, or device used — constitute a violation of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering an account with 906jl, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You must promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. 906jl reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 906jl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential at all times.
• Not permit any other person to access or use your 906jl account.
• Notify 906jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account credentials, whether authorized by you or not.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

906jl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. At any point — particularly before processing withdrawal requests — we may request documentary proof of identity, proof of address, and verification of payment methods used. Failure to provide required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

906jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods and processing times are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the 906jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.3 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 906jl does not accept cash deposits or anonymous payment instruments.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• 906jl reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where AML concerns arise.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible, to comply with AML obligations.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests involving active bonus funds may be deferred until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours; bank transfer times depend on the receiving institution's clearing schedule.
• 906jl reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in reasonable delays.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 906jl reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts after this period, as specified in the Platform's current fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to the application of any dormancy fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

906jl offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before conversion to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not been converted to real funds within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely. Refer to each promotion's specific terms for details.
• Abuse: 906jl reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse — including coordinated group play, use of automated strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — is detected.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games on the 906jl Platform is subject to change without notice. 906jl does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular game or game provider.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error affecting a game or wager on the 906jl Platform, 906jl reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round. Winnings derived from software errors or game malfunctions are not payable and will be voided. 906jl's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the original stake.

6.3 Bet Finality

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 906jl system, it is final and may not be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bets before confirming them.

6.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and e-sports events, additional sport-specific rules apply as published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. These include rules governing void bets, postponed events, partial results, and live betting cutoffs.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 906jl Platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or use of insider information in sports betting markets.
• Conducting any transaction that facilitates or constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without lawful authorization.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or data.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymization tool to circumvent geo-restrictions or account suspension measures.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or circumvent account limits.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 906jl staff or other players.

8. Suspension & Termination

8.1 By 906jl

906jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
• Your account is being used for prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Your account activity presents an unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk to 906jl.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 906jl reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Funds found to be derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

8.2 By the Player

You may close your 906jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and clearance of any pending wagering obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 906jl, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server outages, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your 906jl account at the time the claim arose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 906jl makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Privacy & Data

906jl collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.

Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

All personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the 906jl Platform is protected using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 906jl Platform — including but not limited to the 906jl name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 906jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without 906jl's prior written consent.
• Use any 906jl trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data from the Platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

906jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 906jl Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.2.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 906jl Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 906jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
